3D Space

Image
For this lesson how to create 3d Space in Effects. Most likely used in action films and Animations flicks. The first part is leaning spaces you can move from.      In the 3D version, there is a camera you can use to take screen shots or record. It works like an actual camera, and even focuses on one object.    There is also lights you can mess around with in the area. There is points, parallel, and spotlight to change the lighting of the scene.       Finally for the lights, they also taught us how add reflection to the shadows, as in making it see through.      The last thing they taught us was how to move the camera. The camera is a little bit hard to move around, but adding a null will make the camera keep its eye on it.

Special effects and layer style

Image
This lesson, we learned how to affects a video or frame with effects. In other words, this lesson was the using the power of the green screen. You first learned by looking at the screen to see if its good. If not, you modify it until the screen will fit naturally with coastline.      We also learn how to modify how to the text layer. You can take a text and a picture to mold with the text to add color to it. With effects, you can add shadows or bevel to it.

Intro to Video Effects Part Two

For this part, you learned how to animate the effects. You can animate one frame to look normal, then one frame you then invert it. You can also add color to them. Plus you can rotate it as well.    Finally we learn how to phase into one picture to the other. There are multiple ways to do that. Just go to effects or the bridge and create effects on them either by color vape, or Iris on it.

Intro to Video Effects Part One

Image
For this lesson, we learned how to add effects to video. One good example is basically adding effects to a property by blur to coastline, and wrinkles to the border.       We also learn frequency to the editorial. One good example is that you got a picture and its not bright enough. The only way to fix it is fixing the frequency on how bright the horizon is, how dark the ground is, or simply adding a little bit more red.

Working with Shapes Part Two

Image
You also have the ability to form shapes based what you get from other sources. One good example is a picture from Photoshop of a light bulb and copy the points and bring it back to After Effects to be presented.      You can also learn how to animate effects on the shape. You can make the first frame with free edges to five on another frame. You can also animate color frames to move from one frame and another.

Working for Shapes Part One

Image
For this assignment, they made us the learn the beauty of shapes. First, they shared us the shape function where on how many shapes you can do and how to morphed it.      Then they teach us how to transform them into the way we want them to be. We can morph them, twist them, add features around the borders, even make copies of them.     They also show us how make a shape using the pen tool. With the pen tool, you can make a shape by place a point and a line will form. You can modify the shape by moving the point around. Plus you you can rotate the points to form.

Working with Text

Image
For this lesson, they teach us the beauty of the text with either the fonts or the bold of a letter.      They teach us how to set up multiple ways of text. You can either Bold them, change their font, Kern them (make the letters closer or apart), even change their color of the letter and cover of the letter.      Finally they taught us how to animate the letters. Is's simply change the letter of the frame. It's the basis right now.

Modifying and Animating Layer Part Two

You finally learned how to animating by movement and rotation. You learn how to make an object move by simple key-frames.  Finally how to alternate the movement by editing the flow and how to make the key-frames ease in or out.

Modifying and animating layers Part One

Image
For this lesson, they taught us how to edit the scene/Layers. You change the size, make something opaque, and rotate an object. I also learned how to animate a scene as well. You take one or multiple objects and set up a key frame to transform, move, or disappear.

Creating Comps and Adding assets Part Two

Image
For creating Comps, they taught us how to add shapes and also to distort the scene to create a scene or make piece of art. For adding shapes you can either click twice or right click and it will take you the area where you can choose what shape you want, you can also do the same thing with text. If you go effects and type warp, you can morph the scene.  They Finally teach you how to adjust the comp you want to make it easier for you to work on. You can the size of the image if you have trouble seeing.  They even shown you the option to silent one one to voice to the other. For an example, you replace the sound of the ocean to the background music.

Creating Comp and adding Assets Part One

Image
First thing they teach us on Composition is when you want to create a new Comp, you can either click on new comp to easily to create it for you, or go to composition and create your own.      After setting up your own composition, you can upload the images you needed to create your scene. They teach you the importance of layers for your comp to arrange it the way you want it to be.

Starting a project/import assets Part Two

Image
Now I learned how to import Import Photoshop and Illustrator. When Importing them, you go below and check to see if you are importing them as footage, or composition. Make sure you always they are on composition or else you won't be able to mess around with the layers. They will ask you again to make sure its on composition.    Finally they teach you how to organized your imported objects. Everything is cluttered so you create folders to put everything in. You can also move objects out of a folder into another. After you organized them you can go to the search bar to find them .

Setting a project/Importing Objects Part one

Image
In the adobe tool tutorials, After Affects, they are teaching us how to use the equipment.     First things first, they teach us how to start an project. The first thing you need to do is to create a folder because the system needs to read all of the images and the file itself to keep things organized.      Then they teach us how to import images. Importing images isn't hard, but they teach us steps of importing it. They either by clicking them, hold the shift button and click one picture and then again, and also hold the CTRL button that way to click on all of the pictures.
